Non-U.S. citizens are increasingly at risk by the enhanced enforcement of immigration laws and regulations.  The result for many non-citizens is too often a Notice to Appear before an Immigration Judge and placement in custody, parole, or on bond.  In representing clients who find themselves on notice I find myself negotiating with Department of Homeland Security enforcement offices and appearing before Immigration Judges.  Among the available alternatives to deportation are waivers, voluntary departure, and appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals or the CIS Administrative Appeals Office. I am committed to working closely with my clients to quickly obtain the most stable immigration status possible.
